Important notice
Next Car is a platform for connecting people and providing information. We help buyers, sellers, dealerships, and independent service providers connect. We do not receive, manage, retain, or hold funds related to vehicle purchases or sales, deposits, reservations, down payments, financing, insurance, auctions, repairs, plates, titles, transfers, or other negotiations between users and third parties. Before sending money or signing an agreement, verify the other party's identity, the vehicle, and the terms of the transaction.
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of Next Car services. By creating an account, posting a listing, contacting another user, or using the services, you accept this document. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Capacity
The services will only be available to people who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts; people who lack this capacity or are minors may not do so.
Posting Listings
Listings are posted directly by the user or company that wishes to do so, on their own behalf and following their instructions regarding information, format, etc. In every listing, the user must provide and publish all information about the item offered (vehicle) accurately, precisely, and truthfully. NEXTCAR is not responsible for the accuracy or origin of the information provided by the user, including personal data and information about the item offered. The user is solely responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of all data entered. Published photographs must correspond specifically to the item being offered. Failure to comply with any of the above points will result in the vehicle being removed from the platform.
Right of Admission
NEXTCAR reserves the right not to publish listings that do not meet the platform's established parameters: incorrect vehicle categorization, photos that don't match the vehicle, missing information, etc.
Term
Listings run for a maximum of 4 months, counted from the first day of posting. If the vehicle has not sold within this time, the user must repeat the listing process.
Next Car's role and payments
Next Car facilitates connections and provides information. It does not act as the buyer, seller, vehicle owner, dealer, lender, insurer, auction house, or representative of either party, unless expressly stated for a specific service. Prices, payments, deposits, agreements, and negotiations are made directly between the parties involved and at their sole responsibility. Next Car does not receive, manage, retain, or hold funds from those transactions.
Third-party information
Vehicles, prices, mileage, condition, photographs, availability, and other information may be provided by sellers, dealers, or other third parties. We may conduct reviews, but we do not guarantee that all third-party information is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Before buying, we recommend personally inspecting the vehicle, verifying the VIN, title, and vehicle history, confirming price and terms directly with the seller, reviewing every contract before signing, and not sending money before verifying the other party's identity.
Purchases, sales, and off-platform negotiations
Next Car may facilitate communication between buyers and sellers, but the final decision to buy or sell belongs solely to the parties involved. If you choose to communicate, negotiate, or complete a transaction outside Next Car, you do so at your own responsibility. We do not control or assume responsibility for conversations, agreements, money transfers, or transactions completed outside the platform.
Connected services
Auctions: if Next Car provides guidance or assistance in finding auction opportunities, the final purchase, bid, vehicle condition, price, fees, and obligations are subject to the auction company's rules and the applicable agreement. We do not guarantee that a vehicle will be acquired or purchased at a specific price. Insurance, plates, titles, and registrations: information is provided for informational or connection purposes with agencies, providers, or authorities. Quotes, premiums, coverage, policies, and approval of filings are determined by the appropriate provider or agency. Financing: we may connect you with dealers, lenders, or other providers. We do not guarantee credit approval, interest rate, monthly payment, down payment, or specific terms; the financial provider determines final terms.
Fraud prevention
Next Car must never be considered the custodian of funds in a transaction between users, unless an official payment service administered by Next Car exists and is expressly identified as such. Never send money based only on a conversation, listing, or message. Always verify the seller's or provider's identity, inspect the vehicle, and keep agreed terms in writing before making a payment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Car is not liable for economic losses, fraud, defaults, disputes, damages, returns, promises made by third parties, or controversies arising from a transaction completed on or outside the platform. This provision does not limit rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
System Failures
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Car is not responsible for damage, loss, or harm caused by system, server, or Internet failures.
